A lazy Saturday

Here's a hodge podge of activities on this Saturday:

Cuddling with daddy and the stuffed puppy.

Wrestling with daddy.

Beating up daddy!

Sitting on the pillow in 'time-out'.  He was in trouble for knocking the lamp over.

'I'm sorry! Can I get up now?'

And yet he continued to mess with the lamp.  This time he was pushing his toy into it.  Oh well, perhaps we should find another place for it...

It wasn't too lazy of an afternoon... we did manage to fit in a jog.  Part of training for a 5k we're running in about a month.

Aiden wasn't too sure at first.

He actually really loves riding- and in fact he fell asleep this trip.

Big Boy Bath and Big Boy Pajamas

Aiden's first bath in the tub without the baby tub.  He loves all the free space to move... much to Mom and Dad's dismay.

Aiden's new pajamas- so cute!  And his new 'golf clubs'- they're dangerous!

Little Red Chair

Doug's dad had this little red chair when he was a kid, and we brought it out for Aiden to try.  He couldn't quite get on it himself, but he did sit on it for a bit and liked to touch it.

Bouncy Ball

We got Aiden a big bouncy ball for his birthday- so of course we had to try it out first. He loves it! He has gotten pretty good at throwing the ball, with less accidentally dropping it. Here he is entertaining himself, chasing the ball around.

Sandals

Since Aiden is walking all over the place, we figured we'd better start having him wear shoes. We started out with sandals. He does not like them! This video shows his distaste for them. We have tried sandals another time since this video and he did better... he still doesn't like them, but he didn't try as hard to get them off :)

Chatterbox

Aiden is getting more and more vocal everyday. Here's a video of him talking (yelling) and playing with his phone.
